Cosmic Recycling, LLC aims to reduce landfill dumping and incineration of materials found in electronics and e-waste, along with monocrystalline (silicon based), polycrystalline (silicon based) and thin film (photovoltaic based) solar panels. These materials do not belong in the landfill, due to containing possible toxic materials, and need to be disposed of correctly.
Cosmic Recycling, LLC works closely with the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency and many counties in the state to provide a safe and affordable option for electronic and solar panel recycling.
We have partnered with local entities to disassemble End of Life or damaged solar panel farms. We can also recycle individual panels that have been damaged. The materials are brought to our location to be recycled, resourced out or reused to ensure a healthy environment into the future. We have established vendors who take the bi-products of the solar panels, and an end user that can finish the processing of fine metals and materials from the panels, for a complete recycling of solar panels.
We collect and process e-waste, electronics and circuit boards to keep the material local. We strive to provide jobs for local employees and prevent outsourcing to other countries. We break down and separate the e-waste and sell the bi-products within the United States.
